in my view it doesn’t matter who text first just as long as you talk to the person you care about. i think you should wait and see what happens. that the best choice i would say right now. if he really have strong feelings for you tho, he doesn’t need to be treating you like a best friend where ever you guys are. all I’m saying is keep your guard up and be cautious. somethings just not right.
